What is Somatic Experiencing?

Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma and chronic stress. Instead of focusing only on your thoughts or past events, SE helps you tune into your body’s signals and build capacity to safely process and release stored tension.

Through this work, clients often notice:

A greater ability to handle stress and conflict

About Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren — a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and the founder of Embody Safety Wellness. I work with individuals who feel stuck, anxious, and overwhelmed, offering a body-centered approach to healing that goes beyond talking. Together, we create space for lasting transformation by gently guiding your nervous system back into balance.

One-on-One Sessions

Healing happens through connection — and that begins in our work together. I offer online, one-on-one sessions to help you reconnect with safety in your body and develop real tools for emotional regulation and healing.

We’ll begin with a free discovery consultation to explore what’s going on for you and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, we’ll meet weekly to build a consistent, supportive rhythm for your healing journey.
