What Is Somatic Experiencing?

Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Instead of focusing solely on your thoughts or past experiences, SE works with the nervous system — helping you connect with the sensations, signals, and inner cues your body is always sending.

This work creates space for deep regulation, repair, and release — without needing to relive or retell painful memories.
